EDUCATION COMMISSION - The Education Commission develops, defines, and promotes the implementation of policies that govern the operation of educational programs of the parish. The members of the commission include the Pastor, School Principal, Religious Education Director, and  eleven (11) parishioners who are elected by the members of the parish. Four members are elected annually and serve for a three-year term. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at 7:00 P.M. in the Rectory Meeting Room. Activities include taking part in the annual Fall Bazaar, spaghetti dinner; hosting one evening of the annual Lenten Soup and Bread Supper; supporting the Catholic Enrichment Series at St. Bernard; nominating potential candidates for the commission;participating in the annual Parish Picnic; establishing and supporting short and long-term goals set by the commission; and supporting the annual Christmas Wreath Drive.

FINANCE COMMISSION - The Finance Commission studies and evaluates parish financial reports and reviews proposed budgets for final approval by the Parish Council. Members of this commission include the Pastor, Business Manager, and eight (8) parishioners with financial experience who are selected by the Pastor. Members meet quarterly in the Rectory Meeting Room. Special meetings are called when the need arises.
WORSHIP COMMISSION - The purpose of the Worship Commission is to plan for the seasons of the church year; evaluate parish ministries; organize the Bereavement Committee; help with R.C.I.A. celebrations; plan special celebrations; help with parish activities; and evaluate the parish Music Ministry. Members of this commission are selected by the Pastor and serve for an unspecified length of time. Meetings are held every third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 P.M. in the Rectory Meeting Room.
LITURGY PLANNING - Liturgy Planning is a Worship Commission sub-committee that meets every two (2) months to plan and assign music and hymns based on scripture readings for the weekend and holy day liturgies. This ministry is open to all parishioners and meets in the Rectory Meeting Room.
